Our laser micro machining system is designed in specific for us to meet with demanding fabrication process of Robogami. By combining Galvo and stage locomotion this machine is capable of making patterns as accurate as 10-15 micron on scales as large as 20 cm. With augmentation of live feed from combination of two cameras and magnification lenses, manufactured parts can be examined on stage without necessity to go back and forth between microscope and micromachining station during fabrication process. This is time saving in specific for making multilayer bodies that require persice alignment procedures
